Server 2003 cannot RDP and cannot Telnet to 3389

  • Server 2003 cannot RDP and cannot Telnet to 3389

    I have a similar problem, but the port 3389 is listening, however I cannot RDP to this box, I try to telnet to port 3389 the port does not respond. The server responds to port 80, port 135, (telnet to port 80, telnet to port 135) responds. Port 3389 is dead. This is an HP proliant Server.
    I am not sure if I should rebuild this server, server 2003...
