    Hi, how to fix event id 1111? it says that the driver required for a printer is unknown. thanks.

    The answer is in the event, you should install the requiered driver for the printer
    But i guess, It's not really the answer you'r looking for ...
    So, please give some more information about your issue.
    When this event pop, etc

        Dead simple, go into Terminal Services Configuration (I think!) and disable Client Printer re-direction. Make sure that you don't have any network printers or scanners shared off the server though, some will stop working if you turn this setting off depending on how they operate.

          You could also follow the manual instructions or use the Terminal Server Printer Driver Redirection Wizard for simplicity as per: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239088
