  • Domain admins have lost control of a server

I have a windows server 2003 r2 running sp2 it all seems to be fine but the WMI cannot be polled remotely by one of our monioting tools. The suer is a part of domian admins.
Looking more closely it seems doman admins do not have access to certain components one example is changing the SNMP community string names.

Even creating a local account that is part of the local admin onth is device does not allow me to see certain features.
