  • Question on perfmonitor

    Hi,

One of my server is pegging for CPU suddenly. This cpu spike is very random and I am unable to find out the process which is doing that. Is there any way around with perfmon to list the high CPU utilizing processes if the CPU goes beyond 80% or so? Let me know if any other free tool can do this for me.

    Thanks,

But I can not monitor in real time as I don't know when the issue will occur. Is there any option in Process Explorer to dump the utilization stats?

      Thanks,

I just went over the process explorer options again but found none to enable logging.
