hey everyone, new to the forum and lookin for some help just for knowledge and so i can get this dam thing up.

Ok, i have a windows 2003 enterprise server with verizon dsl. Im using No-ip to switch my dynamic ip to static. (www.no-ip.com) server has 2 nics ( WAN & LAN ). LAN Nic is connected streight (not crossed) to a linksys wireless router ( now a switch )
Server has DHCP, dns and active directory. My active directory works on my clients although clients cannot get on to the net.
the xp machines arent able to get onto the net, client or standalone system.
Every client is getting the ip info automaticaly but DNS address is 0.0.0.0
what the heck is wrong! a freind just told me that i might have the DNS Ip address mixed up. any input is appreciated and we will converse.
    awsome thx

You have a server. Tha server have 2 NIC. One e for the WAN and have dynamic ip adress, the other e for the lan connected to one switch right?
So your dhcp must hace one scope, must be activated on A.D. The scope must have gateway and dns difined.
You can use RRAS with NAT to permit your users have internet.
Just add the public and the internal NIC to the NAT protocol.
I hope you understand my answer!
