  • Creating Users with NET USER command

I'm running a mixed mode environment and need to create a couple hundred user accounts. I know how to use the NET USER command to create the accounts.

Does anyone know how to create the accounts and specify what drive letter should be used for the users home directory. By default, it goes to the Z: drive, but I want to be able to change that when I create the users.

Anyone know how to do that????

    Thanks!!!

Take a look at the scripts located here:
    http://www.rallenhome.com/books/adcookbook/code.html

You will probably want to combine the "Create user" script (recipe 6.1) with recipe 6.29 (Setting a userís profile attributes).
