    hi
this is an overview of mirroring (raid 1) in windows NT server http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=114779. also there is a step by step article that describes how to configure a mirror set on a Windows NT Server 4.0 computer http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;316311

    i hope it helps you

although i recommend using a hardware raid and not using the software raid.

the hardware raid is much more reliable and faster then the software raid.
the software raid cousing the cpu to do the whole work so if you can by a hardware raid
    Good Luck
