Please give sufficient detail when asking questions.

How does the PC normally access the internet? Until you tell us otherwise, I'll assume your company has a single broadband connection via a broadband router. Does the router connect straight to your network or is RRaS setup on the server as a gateway? What do client workstations use as the default gateway?

Do other computers have internet access?

What email services have been lost? Do you mean webmail, POP/IMAP access to external servers, access to an internal Exchange server?

What have you tried so far?

      Calm down mate, calm down...
First of all what diagnostics have you done? What have you checked?
Is it hardware or software related?
Is it happening just on that machine or others as well? Etc. Etc.

Re: ASAP! PC has lost internet access

Threefifty, you aksed me to look at this one on the Access thread you have submitted. You need to provide some more information and we'll look in to it for you.

You mention that email has gone down as well, so it sounds as if the computer is no longer on the network and is not just the fact you can't go on the internet.

        (1) Look to see if the LAN shows a status of connected.
        (2) Are there lights showing on the PC's NIC?
        (3) Have you plugged the computer in to another network point?
        (4) Have you tested the network point with another PC?
        (5) Are other computers near the PC in use and I assume they are ok?
        (6) Is the TCP-IP set to the correct IP address? Is it set the same as other machines that aren't experiencing problems?
        (7) Have you tried reinstalling the driver of the NIC?
