    ok I had a client set up a vpn network in a satellite office....he mapped a network drive and when he double clicks on it there is no files..all the shared files arent there....

    I am not too familiar with VPN networks so any help would be appreciated..

      It might not be relevant to this issue, but Iíve had a similar problem where users when connected thru the vpn were not able to see any folder content. When they were inside the LAN - it was fine. Turns out that there was an apostrophe (Ď) in the folder name and as soon as I removed it all files showed up. Itís probably more of a bug in the vpn app and not a feature...
