  • Removable Storage - Libraries

    Hello All,
We have libraries with a few drives.
The server and the drives are connected to a fiber switch and sometime we lose the drive.
Is there a chance for Microsoft not to lose the drive?
    How can we force it?

What do you mean you "lose" the drive?

It may be possible, but without knowing what is happening and what is causing it, there's no way of knowing. Have you confirmed that the hardware is working properly?

      What does that mean?
To add to Gforce's question, does the lose totally lose the connection or does it just go offline?

The drive comes up as if it was disconnected.
