  • Messaging in 2003

    Hello Everyone:

I'm very happy to have found this place on the web and hope to return many more times.

I have questions about setting up messaging on Server2003. I worked for a company the used MSN messaging internally. It was a nice feature and I would like to know how they did it. Os it just a matter of setting up SIP addresses on exchange or is there more to it?

I've been having trouble locating information about it on the web, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks!

    Live Communications Server

Chat Services were availabe in Exchange 2000 but were removed from the Exchange 2003 product. They are available in a new product called Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003. Here is a link on Microsoft's website that will give you more information on the product:

    http://www.microsoft.com/office/live...o/default.mspx

    Good Luck,

    Scott
