  • Can't run IE7 on sever 2003 under RDP

When connecting to Server 2003 using RDP, users who are administrators of the server can run IE7, but no one else. If I give admin rights to the user they can now use IE7. Obviously I don't want users to have admin rights, anybody have an idea how to fix?

Similar problem with any other apps? Presumably you've got the server setup as a TS?

Yes, but not all. Yes, server is set up as a terminal server. Our database applications run from the TS desktop fine.
