  • Windows Server 2003 RDC

    Hello there,

I recently installed Windows Server 2003. Before that, I had XP Pro.
The thing is that I use RDC a lot, and the change with 2003 is that when I connect to a remote computer, it creates another sesson of the user.

With XP when I connected to a remote computer it connected me instead of the corrent computers sesson.

How can I switch back to the XP method?

    Thanks in advance.

If you use the RDP v5.2 client (the one that comes in Win2003, or can be d/l from my site - use Google) and not the v5.1 (the one from XP) then you can connect to the console by using /CONSOLE at the end of the IP or FQDN of the server.
    Cheers,
