  • [DHCP] Superscope keeps returning

    Hello,

I used to have 1 superscope for a couple of branch offices. But I deleted the superscope and placed the branch offices in the normal scope list.

But after a couple of weeks the supercope returned and the branch offices were again in this superscope.

I deleted the superscope from a second DHCP server but again after a few weeks the superscope returned.

    How is this possible?

I've seen this before or a similarity of it.
The only solution I found was to delete the DHCP database and start over again.

You might try exporting the DHCP scopes using netsh, rename the DHCP database and import your export with netsh again.

I don't know how many scopes you have but maybe it's easier to just delete the database and start from scratch without exporting and importing

Well in that case, export the database with netsh.
