  • Win2k3 IIS 6 and Certificate issues

Hi all, I have a problem I have IIS6 running on Windows 2003 SP1 machine, however I have a problem if I use selfssl to issue a certificate everything works fine, however if I do it the traditonal way using certadmin and IIS wizard, I just get a "Cannot find server" message, I have tried remaking the certificate but the same thing happens.

    Any Ideas?
    Thanks

never tried to run it the "traditional" way, didn't know that wa an option. I always just use the command line version from the IIS resource kit.

Create a new MMC and add "Certificates" (may need Adminpak.msi installing first), browse your local machine repository.

          Will be in there somewhere.
