  • When rebooting 2000 server. get blue screen every time, but it recovers after a dump

Hi, I'm at a loss here. Every time I reboot one of our citrix servers running on Windows 2000, when it initially comes up it blue screens, does a memory dump and then recovers. I can't seem to find the dumpchk.exe in the system tools or any other way to read the .dmp file. It's over 2gb so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. A) where can I download the dumpchk.exe, or is there another program that will allow me to review the file?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

    CM.

    Debug tools are here:
    http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtoo...g/default.mspx

I think dumpcheck (or however it is spelt) is on the CD not as part of the install. Is there a tools folder?

Anything from the server monitoring tools (Dell/HP etc)?
    cheers
