      3 DC's all global catalog and we use UMove backup software http://utools.com/UMove.asp. We found UMove a lot better then basic system state recovery as you can move Active Directory to a machine with different hardware.

      We are also have the DC's setup under Vmware as virtual machines if we can not rebuild a real machine (last ditch attempt).

        My Servers are:
        1. Windows 2003 server /DC
        2. Exchange Server 2003
        3. MS SQl Server
