  • Remote desktop connect issue

    I've got 4 servers to maintain, recently 2 of them sometimes reboot when I trying to connect via Remote desktop. and return the below error message in the event viewer, I studied for weeks..never find a solution, someone please help

    Hi,

    have you checked dmp file on problemetic server and shutdown log file..

    try to upgrade your ts client

      Thank you for your reply.
      TS client is one of the windows xp componets, I don't see any upgrade of it, never use tools to check the dmp file, because it seems not so easy. Also I can tell you the problem occur when the server is completely idle...

        Not much info to go on. You will need to contact MS to get a resolution for this.
