  • Problem upgrading windows 2000 DC to windows 2003?

In my network there is 3 DCs which all are running windows 2000 server OS with service pack 4 installed.
I have done the ADprep /forestprep and ADprep /domainprep successfully without any error and it get replicated to all DCs.
However when i tried my one DC to upgrade into windows 2003 DC, when it asked to restart for continouing installation, but when it restart and start upgrading it shows the following erroe message in Text mode "

Setup was unable to verify drive C:,
Your computer may not have enough memory to examine the drives, or your windows CD may contain some corrupted files.

However I have 512MB RAM installed on all and the CD is fine because it works fine on new installation of windows 2003. Why this happen, Pleae help?

2nd problem is this, When i want to boot into my previous windows 2000 DC , it start normally and after the initial welcome screen it displays a blue screen with this message :

However my Drives are fine, no problem at all.
It happend on all Domain Controllers.
