  • Windows 2003, VSS event 11, 20 and 12292

    Hi,

We have a server running SBS2003 with NTBackup everything was working fine. One day (may be after a patch) you have started to get those errors about Shadow Copy.

We have errors in backups and we are now unable to manage shadow copy volumes or shared folders.

Do you have any suggestion on how to fix this problem (I worked with Microsoft during the past week 8 hours in total, TS sessions, etc)

    Regards,

    ANormand

Already check and tried, in particuliar Q830575 but didn't fix the problem.

I am wondering if the VSS who is not part of the kernel but an add-on feature for 2003 if we may fix/reinstall this problem without reintalling the server!
