  • Help on how to Stop using the RDP Audio Device

I have a PC with Server 2003 instelled which I access it with Remote Desktop.

When I log on remotely and pop up the Volume Control there is only one slider and using only the RDP Audio Device. Is there a way of disabling this and use the installed VIA Audio drivers? As I need to control some programs which rely on this driver such as Windows Media Encoder.

I know that there is a way of doing this cause once I managed to solve it ... but it was a year ago and forgot how.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
