    You can set logon text which appears in a dialog box before the user can enter username and password.

    Look in COMPUTER CONFIG/WINDOWS SETTINGS/SECURITY SETTINGS/SECURITY OPTIONS
    Interactive Logon: Message Title & Message Text

    I don't think you can display an image in this way.

      Couldn't you store the image.jpg in the netlogon directory then use a logon script to open the image using MS Photo Editor or simular program? Even MS Paint could work.

      Copy image.jpg c:\temp\image.jpg

      "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\photoed.exe" c:\temp\image.jpg

        The best and usual way to achieve this is as Ossian said. This way you could add a line such as "By continuing to log on to this computer you agree to these terms". A login script in my opinion is too late.

            Use GPResult to check out one of the problem computers / users and make sure the policy is being applied to them.

            Where did you set the policy -- at the domain or in an OU?

              Perhaps instead of displaying a pop up image at logon you might just want to consider changing the logon screen wallpaper, keeping in mind that the logon box will obscure a small portion, I'm sure this can be configured with a custom group policy setting. Just a thought

                Some PC's also might not have updated their policies yet.

                  In the scripting forum you can also find some examples of logon messages.
                  http://forums.petri.com/showthread.p...3619#post83619 => *.hta file

                  (in the same thread there is also an example of a logonscript splash-screen)

                  You can include images in the <body> this way:
                  <IMG SRC="relativepath\picturename.jpg" height="64" width="154" />
                  (http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp)
