Hey Guys i wondering if any of you guys could help.

On our server performance reports i always recieve the following error.

    11/2/2007 3:00 AM
    Logon Failure:
    Reason: Account currently disabled
    User Name:
    Logon Type: 3
    Logon Process: Authz
    Authentication Package: Kerberos
    Workstation Name: SERVER
    Caller User Name: SERVER$
    Caller Domain: COOLMILK
    Caller Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E7)
    Caller Process ID: 1700
    Transited Services: -
    Source Network Address: -
    Source Port: -

We run a windows update at 0300, this is funnily enough the time this error occurs.
Can this be caused by the system attempting to update a disabled account with the latest updates? If so, i do not want to enable the account so would there be anyway of keeping the account disable and eliminating the error from the server report?

    Thanks Guys

    Re: Server Performance Error Help

Sounds to me more like a scheduled task running on "SERVER" which uses a since-disabled account to run.

Accounts don't get updates applied to them... if you mean updates as in OS patches.
