  • Unable to browse internet server created in IIS

    Hi,

I would like to host a webpage through IIS. When I tried to browse the webpage from Internet Service Manager where I created the webpage, it prompted "You are not authorized to view this page. You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. If you believe you should be able to view this page please contact the web site using email address or phone number that may be listed on the update page.
HTTP Error 403 Forbidden Internet Explorer "

Anyone can suggest the ways to solve?

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
    TKT

      Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I can access the webpage through intranet now by specifying the index.htm in the url. If I didn't specify the index.htm in the url, it would prompt the same error as described. Any ideas to solve?
