  • How to configure 2 NICs on a server [was: Immediate Network Help !]

I've a server with two NICs with two IP addresses "Inside / Outside". It is behind the DMZ so it has few restrictions. We are using a program 'SiteScope' to monitor its performance / availability etc. I installed/enabled SNMP on this machine. Now, when Sitescope sends its ping/trace to this machine it can get to it with one route but traffic comes out from other interface/route and Firewall stops that traffic. Can some one please tell, how to configure it so that we can use a single route just for this purpose, as I said we use SNMP to get its info to the SiteScope server. I don't want to change anything on this machine except SNMP route in-out.
    Thanks in advance

      SNMP Help Needed !

I need to know how to configure the NIC so all traffic comes to one IP address and goes out from the same IP as well. Our firewall is seeing the SNMP traffic coming to IP A and going out from IP B. Can someone please explain how to configure SNMP or the server so that all traffic comes In and goes Out using a single route 'IP'?
      Thanks
