  • Windows 2000 server not reboot

    Hi All,

I got Windows 2000 Sp4 and Sql 2000 Sp3 running on this server. After install Symantec Backup exec recovery server 7.0 i got permission issues to run and they ask to add admin to the dcom default security. Then i try to reboot the server, then server going to black screen and freeze the keyboard.

I try reset dcom to way it was but still got the same issue? Look like one of the service is not responding or something so how do i find the cause?

Start by reading through the eventlogs and try and find / resolve any error messages.
