  • enable shutdown event tracker.

    Gentlemen (and ladies?),

i've a question about the shutdown event tracker.
    i just read daniel's article: http://www.petri.com/enable_shutdown...windows_xp.htm
and now i'm curieus if this option also works on windows 2000 server. I found the registry key, but it doesn't work.
anyone got a clue of this is still be possible on w2k?

I'm afraid it can't be done, but maybe someone?

    thnx

I don't think it does. But why would one even want that? LOL

cause my coworkers like to reboot the servers without telling me about is.... and i hate that...
when i turned that "feature" on, i hoped that my coworkers will fill in why a server is rebooted..

but jet, im still a junior
