Re: security settings not available under windows settings

restore the default domain GPO and default DC GPO by use
    dcgpofix.exe tool from Microsoft

    http://technet2.microsoft.com/window....mspx?mfr=true
    http://technet2.microsoft.com/window....mspx?mfr=true
\don't forget to edit the missing changes after you reset them

i recommend to backup your existing GPOs first, then do that step

    Cheers

Re: security settings not available under windows settings

entadm, hang on a minute. Do NOT have a go at Dr Kernel. He was trying to assist YOU in solving a problem where YOU provide stuff all info about YOUR setup.
security settings not available under windows settings on windows 2003 SP1 machine.
Can mean anything. In the future provide more information about your setup and you will get better responses to your posts. Daniel, that idea should be in the rules.......wait a minute, it IS!!

Dr.Kernel, keep up the great work you have been doing. We at least appreciate it. or or both

            Entadmin,

Next time post more info and read de forum rules so we don't have to asume anything.
By you're posting there was a need for asuming.

Like Dr. Kernel and all others we don't have any magic globes.
