Veritas Cluster Server Over NAS/SAN/DAS? Which is best?

So I'm looking to deploy Veritas Cluster Server, thats hands down ..
The question though is over which hardware storage type. I was looking
at a SAN, but some sources say that a NAS is cheaper and more
flexible. Then while I was at it, I figured I'd ask about a DAS.

I'm running a simple environment here. 2 servers per cluster is what I
plan, Just wanting a failover when 1 of these servers crashes, fails,
etc. They are all Windows 2003 servers running the common AD to IIS
    and some web based apps.

Im not experienced with server clustering, and any of the types of
hardware options (SAN, NAS or DAS). But based on my requirments and a
recommendation I'm sure that would set me on the right road to
learning. I would appreciate any input anyone has to offer. I just
would like to hear the fexibilities or inflexibilities each has.

    Thanks!
