    i want to set up FTP server with access of user's home folder (Z drive) via authentication. How?

      This is fast and dirty. It's not ideal if you have a lot of users. If you have more than say 20 users look into AD isolation mode.
      Create a virtual directory named %username% and point the virtual directory to the shared folder for the user. Give them read/write access.

      Example:

      Username: james.smith
      Virtual directory: james.smith -> \\someserver\someshare\%username%

      If I login as james.smith I will need to use domain\james.smith, and will automatically be placed in the james.smith virtual directory. If you set the ftproot folder for the ftp server to an empty folder it will keep other users from traversing into another user's folder.
