    Re: Old WINS Server Found

Fist, remove the old WINS IP from any DHCP Scope and local network adpater settings in the domain.
Then, uninstall the WINS service from the old server.
    Reboot the servers.

Have you deleted all references to the server in the WINS server replication??

          Re: Old WINS Server Found

          HI,

I can see this Server IP under Active registration-> Delete this Owner:

          192.168.4.10 1E4C0

Use this operation to delete the selected owner

          1.Delete from this server only
          2. Replicate deletion to other servers (tombstone)

I just try the 1 but still doing it?

Man I just realized how much I don't miss WINS.

Get rid of WINS as soon as you can.
