Port 80 is blocked on your server firewall?
Port 80 is blocked at your perimeter firewall?

Please try and provide as much information as you can

    Thanks

So where is port 80 blocked?

Are you just saying that you dont have internet access from your server? If so then is your default gateway set correctly?

Do you need to configure your server to leave via a proxy?

As I said before, the more information you supply the more we can help you.

yes default gateway is set correctly

          my ip setting is
          IP Address 192.168.0.190
          Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
          Default Gateway 192.168.0.1

          Dns Server 202.89.66.2
          Alternate Dns 202.56.230.6

When i ping above mention ips it responed perfectly.

but when i use portqry utility it says TCP port 80 (Http service) Not Listening

Ask your ISP if they block Port 80. Many ISP do this to stop you hosting your own Web Server(s). (They can also block Port 25 to stop you hosting your own Mail Server)
