  • Unable to see network

    Hey,

I have a computer that seems to have lost connnectivity to the mapped network drives. When i browse network neighbourhood, the shares i am looking for are not listed under the server. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem before ? Everyone else in the same department can access all the applicable drives.

    Re: Unable to see network

Silly question, but can you access anything else off your computer e.g. the internet?

    Try the usual ping tests
    local loopback 127.0.0.1
    local IP address
    default gateway
    internet resource

I found what the problem was. I had to turn off offline files in the system tray and after that i could browse the network no proble. Strange
