  • Turning off services

As a test in-order to reach a certain conclusion, i turned off IIS and restarted my windows 2003 and exchange sever. I then enabed them again to see what error messages i would see in event viewer. There're a my raid of error messages now relating to kerberos, DNS........absolutely everything as expected. My question is, can thse things be troulbe shooted keeping my existing AD and exchange framework intact?

    Re: Turning off services

IIRC Exchange Server requires IIS to work properly (SMTP as well as OWA) so I'm not surprised you got errors!
