    good afternoon to all experts,

    how could i enable the registry which was disabled by unpopular website that wants their website to be the first to shows-up when you open the explorer?

    I am struggling to understand what you are asking. I think you are having a spyware problem perhaps?

    Try downloading Windows Defender/Adaware/Spybot etc... to clean up your PC.

        The popular tool HiJackThis can also be used to edit the registry setting for this in a simpler way (IMHO), but it's not for the faint of heart, as it still ultimately messes with the registry. Forewarned, forearmed, grasshopper
