  • Sessions on Windows Server 2003 R2

    Hi all

Just noticed on a file server that we have LOADS of sessions in computer management > shared folders > sessions. Some of them are from upto 2 days ago. Ther are mainly from a web server that we use so that our students can access their 'My Documents' area via the web.

Is this normal? Can the session time be changed so they disappear sooner? Is it a problem? Does it use excessive resources?

    Thanks
