  • SBS 2003 with exchange

I have put a limit on the size of emails that can come in to the exchange box (20mb).

I cant seems to find a way to check what mails are getting bounced for being too large.

If I look at message traking centre I can see message come in that I know are too large but there is nothing obvious to tell me they are getting bounced.

    Any ideas ?

    thanks

Double click the message and it should say if it generated an NDR. Also I've noticed that if the email is filtered by my anti-spam/anti-virus that the "Message History" will just stop in the middle of the process of routing/delivering the message.

      Thanks Jeremy...

Is there a way to get this NDR message to the indented user to inform them the message has been blocked ? I do not think it does this as a default.

      thanks again

        Re: SBS 2003 with exchange

I know I can do this for my anti-spam/anti-virus but I know of no way with Exchange... but there are a lot of guys here that know a bunch more than me about Exchange so they'll be able to tell you more definitively.
