  • vpn for one user, access to one device only

I've had a customer come to me with a requirement:

they want to allow an external account access a VPN, for the sole purpose of bouncing back onto the internet.
they don't want it to be able to access the internal network.

on the surface, this seems fairly easy - i should be able to follow this
    http://www.experts-exchange.com/Soft...Resources.html

and just restrict it from everything except the default gateway.

however - I cant' seem to find the same options within sbs2008.. is it hobbled per chance?

specifically - onc NPS is launched, I don't have any of the "IP Filters" it refers to..

That guy must be on crack. His description of the location of the settings is way off. Here's an MS article with the info that should get there: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...(v=ws.10).aspx

And if he was defined as a user with the priveleges of "Guest", would that suffice?
