  • My PC retarts very often, what to do?

Please help, my computer restarts automatically very often, not any alert before shutting down, no sign of virus found. Does any one give my some hints on how to solve this problem.

    Thank you very much

Is there anything in the Event Viewer?
    Are you on a UPS?
    Had any power surges lately?
Can you try a different power supply?

          Quite an important question.

What OS are you running?? NT4, Win2K Pro or server, WinXP, Win2k3 any version, Win 95, 98, 98SE and on and on and on.

If NT based what service packs and patch levels are you at??

Start with some basic info first m8 then your questio will get the correct attention it requires
