I've sbs 2003 that work very well until the computer was shutdown unexpected, after the computer was started the SSL stop working if i remove the Require secure channel the web site works.the problem is not with the certificate,i've create a new one with long expired certificate and it's not working,i even reinstall the CA on the server and still not working.
i suspect that the problem is with security some where.
what can i do to solve this problem?

UTFW! You should have no need of a CA on SBS 2003 - you simply re-run the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW) and you have a chance to create a new certificate. It is even stored for you in the Clientapps directory for distribution.
