  • Outlook Web Access Problem, Please Help.

    Hi,
    I am have a problem with OWA. When logged in internally to OWA i can download ZIP files with no problem. If i am not logged in internally and i go to download my e-mail it works fine. But when i go to get a zip file it will not allow me to download it. This only occurs when i am outside of the network. But I am able to download any other file type with no problem. It is not in the denied content type and i have tried configuring ISA, but have not had any luck. Here is the error message received. Please help.

    Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The request is not supported. (50)

      Hi, if you run MS ISA 2004 server you might want to check out this update. It fixed a similar problem for me.
