SBS 2003 has it's own Service Pack. Read the following for more information. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...1/default.mspx
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
    1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
    2 2 1 1 2

it's possible to install sp2 for exchange, when you running SBS2003 SP1

Does Exchange Server 2003 SP2 work on Windows Small Business Server 2003?

        A. Yes. Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is fully supported on Windows SBS 2003 with Service Pack 1, as with all component service packs to Windows SBS (Windows Server, ISA Server, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SQL Server). Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is currently being tested to address compatibility with Windows SBS 2003 for when the service pack releases.

Re: Can Exchange 2003 SP2 be installed on SBS2003?

Yes - you can install it and the details can be found in the Exchange team blog, You got me at EHLO http://blogs.technet.com/exchange/ar...14/410821.aspx
I have done it and you have to note 2 things:
1 First you need to uninstall IMF (don't worry, SP2 reinstalls a newer and better(?) version
2 don't let it overwrite any newer files (they are from SBS SP1)

I have also heard reports that there is something that makes OWA ask for your Domain\Username rather than just Username, but I cannot confirm that. In any case when you have finished applying the SP and changing the registry to increase teh allowable database sizes - reboot the server!
              TIA
