Hello, is it possible to have 2 SBS servers in 1 network? 1 will hold the AD and some ERP (because has SQL ) and another will be Exchange and fileserver.

    No it's not.

As long as they are separate domains, and DHCP is only on one, it is possible -- they will not talk to each other, though.

In your case you need a member server (using your premium license if you have one) with SQL, ERP and possibly the fileserver, and keep Exchange and AD on the SBS box

What the OP has described (or should have) is SBS 2008 Premium or 2011 Standard with Premium Add-on. In either case the main SBS is AD, DNS, DHCP, file server and Exchange. The second server is WS 2008 (R2) with SQL. It could be an additional DC and it could be an additional file server, but you must keep user home directories on the main SBS.
WSUS and Sharepoint Services/2010 Essentials could be placed on either machine.

I didn't know about premium feature. Yes it will be 2011 premium to holds AD and Exchange and other (DNS, DHCP) and will use the premium license to put 2008 r2 standard with sql

          Thanks to all.
