  • Customer unable to create public contacts folder

My customer has a new SBS 2008 network and all the users have Office 2007. When we right-click on 'all public folders' in Outlook and create a new public folder, a message says the user does not have permission to create a public folder.

If I create a public folder in the EMC, Exchange will not let me create a folder that is of types 'contacts'. How do I do this?

    Thanks,

Does this apply to all accounts or only to some of them?

We tried it on a manager's account, but he is still only a domain user.

I think (no SBS in front of me) you need to give them permissions on the PF tree
