  • How to configure copy of mail?

    I installed sbs2008 and i created a group that contain 2 users/

    I want that every mail that incomming to any user will sent a copy to that group/

    I tried to configure at the exchange--mail flow setting--delivery options--forwad to

    when i checked it i got error massage

    Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

    I had it before in sbs2000 and it's working fine

    1. Open the Exchange Management Console
    2. Expand Recipient Configuration
    3. Click Distribution Group
    4. Double click the distribution group
    5. Select the Mail Flow Settings Tab
    6. Double click Message Delivery Restrictions
    7. Uncheck Require that all senders are authenticated
    8. Click OK

      sounds like what you may want is "journal"

      htake a look at this

      and this

      you can't journal to a GROUP, only a single mailbox. but you can then add that mailbox to the profile of the two users

      journalling chews up ALOT Of datastore by the way.
