  • SBS 2011 - not receiving some emails

    Hi,

    I have SBS 2011 using SMTP, some people that send me emails are not being received by me, they do not receive a bounce back, then there are others that send and I receive no problem,

    Any help would be appreciated

    Too many unknowns to really help much but....
    Does the email come in via a third party spam filter? If so, check their logs
    Check the Exchange logs for the Hub Transport Role
    Check users junk folders etc.

    Ask the sender to track from their end too

      No third party spam filter
      will check hub logs
      checked junk & deleted folders

      cannot ask sender to track as large hotel group
