Does anyone know of an app for SBS 2008 that would allow me to see who is logged in to any domain workstation and get info on resources used by each user? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not sure how you define "resources", but SBS already shows you which shared files a user has open. As for which user is logged in to where, this has been discussed several times on this forum. You'll need something that gets the relevant data from the event logs on your DC(s).
