  • Outlook Anywhere broken after Exchange SP2

    Hi

I have a 3rd party SSL Cert from IPSCA. I followed these instructions to manually apply the cert in Exchange 07 SP1 becuase the Wizard failed:

    http://blogs.technet.com/sbs/archive...-sbs-2008.aspx

That worked perfectly, everything was as it should be.

After I installed SP2, it reset the IIS settings as I expected. I re-chose the cert for HTTPS/443 in IIS 7.0 for SBS Web Applications, OWA then popped back up as it was before all SSL'ed.

However, when I launch Outlook 07 on my laptop I now get this error:

"There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority.

Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server remote.domain.com."

When I run Get-ExchangeCertifcate on Powershell I can see 2 remote.domain.com certs, 1 is the 3rd party cert and the other is the self-signed cert. I think Exchange has reverted to using the self signed cert...but I have no idea how to check/change it back.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Hong
