  • SBServer 2008: Successful use of KIXSTART?

    Good morning people,

With regards to tweaking logon scripts, what is everyone using to optimize the logon script process for their users? I am still very unfamiliar with 2008 srv but I am trying the latest version of KIXSTART. In your opinions, should I just try and stick with SBLOGON.EXE or will KIX work as well?

KIX is the NT era - dead and buried (or should be IMHO). You have VBScript and Powershell for all your needs now. But more important than that, you should be using group policy to do what you need.

    All IMHO, of course.
