I want to distribute a file (or the folder it resides in, either one) to users who are part of a database group. The file is the front end of an Access database that changes frequently. It appears as though SBS 2008 Group Policy Preferences will allow me to do this, but I canít seem to configure it correctly. I want a fresh copy of the file to load on the recipientís XP SP3 workstation every time they log in. Suggestions?

Use a login script linked via group policy - either an OU for the database group or a WMI filter can do it.

    But watch out for UAC!

Iím honoured to have been selected for the SMB 150 list for 2013. This is the third time in succession (no logo available for 2011) that I have been honoured with this award.
